Shipping Information

For guaranteed freshness and extended vase-life flower arrangements are shipped to arrive within 2 days of harvest.

  • Orders received after 9:00 a.m. PT Thursday do not ship until the following Monday

  • Central + Southern California: UPS Ground Monday through Wednesday to arrive next day.

  • Northern California, Nevada, Utah, and Arizona: UPS Ground Monday through Wednesday to arrive in 2 days, or Next Day Air Monday through Wednesday.

  • All other U.S. destinations: UPS 2nd Day/Next Day Air, Monday through Wednesday.

  • Shipping within the continental United States and Hawaii only.

  • Shipment and delivery notices are provided to the customer to ensure proper delivery.

  • Flower season from mid-September through May.

  • Vase not included.


Track My Order

With a Customer Account: Login to visit your Order History then click on the “Track Order” button. Additionally, you’ll receive automated tracking information in an email once your shipment has been scanned by the shipping company.

With a Guest Checkout: After you place your order you will receive an email confirmation with the order number. Enter your order number and billing zip code to see your order’s status once you visit our Order Tracker.

Note: Tracking is generated once it’s picked up by the carrier. When you receive an email after your order it means that we are working on your flower shipment and it will soon be on its way!
